be studying a UTS online or distance learning degree; or be completing a UTS approved external articulation or pathway course at an institution outside Australia; or be a recipient of another UTS international scholarship or bursary or the UTS Alumni Advantage Program during the validity period of this scholarship; and be a government-funded student.
