What is My Equal?
What is an official transcript?
My Equal aims to provide students, graduates, employers, and third parties with access to certified degrees and transcripts anytime, anywhere. My Equal is owned by participating education providers and managed by Higher Education Services (HES) on behalf of the participants. All transcripts and diplomas will be placed on My Equal.
Important Notes
There is a fee to apply for an official transcript from the school; the specific amount will be confirmed by the school. After the application, the school will place the official transcript into the student's My Equal account and also send a separate copy to the student's email.
When is it needed?
Students need to provide an official transcript when they are applying for further studies/transferring schools, or when applying for a Release Letter.
