Instructions for use To be eligible for the RTP International Allowance Scholarship you must:
1. To be eligible for the RTP Allowance, RTP Fee Offset or RTP Grant, a student must be a domestic student or an overseas student studying an approved HDR study course at an Australian HEP.
2. To be eligible for the RTP Allowance, a student must not receive income from other sources to support their general living expenses during their studies if that income exceeds 75% of the student's RTP Allowance rate. Income not related to the student's course of study or income earned for the student's course of study but not used to support general living expenses is not considered.
3. To be eligible for the RTP Fee Offset, a student must not be in receipt of an equivalent award or scholarship awarded by the Commonwealth Government to offset HDR fees.
