Introduction
In this course, you will develop the relevant knowledge, practical and analytical skills required for podiatry practice, as well as extend your undergraduate skills of communication, ethical and reflective practice, collaboration, research, and leadership. This graduate entry course is delivered over three years. Foundational knowledge and skills are introduced in year one, with the focus on integration of prior science knowledge and principles into the context of podiatry in addition to the development of clinical skills. An integrated and case-based learning approach facilitates active learning and development, which include early workplace and interprofessional learning opportunities. Clinical placements occur in years two and three, with practice in a simulated setting prior to acute, subacute, community and private practice clinical placements. A learner-centred philosophy allows preferences to be pursued in an independent research project in the final years. This accelerated course enables students with an undergraduate degree in foundational sciences to obtain an entry-level qualification at a postgraduate level of study to practice as a podiatrist. The course includes clinical education that satisfies Podiatry Board of Australia (Ahpra) requirements for registration as a podiatrist with registration endorsed for use of scheduled medicines. This course provides an integrated curriculum, centred on case-based learning to be practice ready.[109147J]

School Level
A school's risk rating is a key factor in determining the evidence required for a student's visa application, making it a crucial point of reference.
For example, if a school has a risk rating of Level 2, the applicant will face more restrictions than in the past and will be required to provide additional documentary evidence, such as proof of English language proficiency and financial capacity
