2. Reminder for the May 2025 English Language Course (ME)
The May 2025 English Language Course (ME) at Monash College is about to start, and the college has sent email notifications to incoming students this week. To ensure smooth enrollment, teachers are urged to remind relevant students to check their emails and pay attention to the following important matters:

- If students are still waiting for visa results, it is recommended to register for the course first and obtain study materials online.
- Once registration is completed and the visa is approved, students must arrive in Australia by May 30, 2025 (Friday), come to the school, and start offline courses.

Explanation for special circumstances absence
- Students who have registered but are unable to attend classes due to special circumstances need to fill out an Absence form and provide an English explanation document. The approval of the absence application is subject to the school's decision.
