Overview
Introduction
Mayfair College has been a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) since 2005, providing nationally recognised qualifications, industry recognised short courses and regulated licensing courses for the hospitality industry; this includes front of house and kitchen operations.
The College has a clear focus on delivering these courses and qualifications within the guidance of the VET (Vocational Education and Training) Quality Framework. We also have a clear mandate to ensure the College always meets the national standards of a Registered Training Organisation to ensure students have the opportunity to succeed in their training
