Our trainers and administrative staff provide one-to-one support and counselling services to learners if needed, and develop intervention strategies if they are at risk of not completing their course or experiencing culture shock. Access to student support and counselling services can provide an opportunity to better understand their situation and explore possibilities for bringing about positive change. Students also have access to free computers and unlimited Wi-Fi and Internet.
