Introduction
InTech first opened its doors in 1987 as a private vocational school for Compui-Tek South Africa to meet the needs and values of highly skilled South African youth. In 1999, Compui-Tek transferred the expertise of these institutes to Australia to become Intech Institute of Technology. Intech Institute was founded by Robin and Amitha Jaggessar, whose main goal at the time was to provide affordable, high-quality training to underrepresented/underserved young men and women in South African communities, most of whom were the first in their families to attend school.
