Global Higher Education (GHE) is the trading name of IIBIT AHE Pty Ltd which is a 100% owned subsidiary of InfoTech Professionals Pty Ltd (ITP) trading as IIBITEG (International Institute of Business and Information Technology Education Group) in Sydney and Adelaide. IIBIT AHE Pty Ltd was established by ITP in 2019 for the purpose of delivering higher education courses in Australia, please refer to the Company Constitution for further details.
