Elpis College is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and is approved on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) as an Australian education provider to recruit, enrol and teach overseas students and therefore, Elpis College is responsible at all times for meeting compliance with the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 (NVR Act) specifically the Standards for RTO’s 2015, and the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act) specifically the National Code2018. Elpis College relies in part on the Education Agents (or Agent’s) to promote our courses and to provide Elpis College with market intelligence and advice.
