Important Date Reminders for S1 2026

October 15, 2025: Application Deadline for Master of Nursing, Master of Speech Therapy, Master of Medical Imaging

November 15, 2025: Application Deadline for International Students for the First Semester of 2026 (Students Outside Australia)

November 25, 2025: Document Submission Deadline for International Students for the First Semester of 2026 (Students Outside Australia)

Updates on Some Course Closures and Alternative Courses

The University of Canberra's Faculty of Business, Government and Law and Faculty of Arts and Design recently conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the course system and optimized course offerings to better meet student needs. For details, please refer to the attachment.


Updates on University of Canberra Scholarship Policies


Scholarships adjusted to two tiers: 10% and 30% tuition fee reductions
• The 30% Excellence Scholarship is only available to specific key source countries and strategic partner institutions
• Scholarships apply to CRICOS-registered courses at the University of Canberra's Australian campus, except in the following cases:

Ø Research Higher Degree (HDR) courses

Ø Standalone one-year Bachelor Honours degrees

Ø Non-award courses

Ø Overseas campus teaching programs

Ø The following specific courses:

Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science (Medical Imaging)

Master of Medical Imaging

Master of Nursing Practice (Graduate Entry)

Master of Occupational Therapy

Master of Physiotherapy

Master of Speech Pathology

Graduate Certificates and Graduate Diplomas

Note: Bachelor of Nursing can only apply for the 10% scholarship

• All scholarships have updated award conditions, adding a continuous eligibility requirement: a Grade Point Average (GPA) must be maintained at 5.0
