To help students successfully complete the upcoming enrollment registration, we will host online new student registration guidance special events to assist the 2026 new students in preparing for the start of school. For all new students, an important activity is the international student orientation we hold before each intake. Below are the orientation dates and times for the first quarter of 2026 and the autumn intake of 2026.

My eQuals Reception and CSSD Academic Credential Verification
Western Sydney University can now receive verified electronic transcripts and academic documents through the My eQuals platform and the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center (CSSD), authorized by the Chinese Ministry of Education.
Applicants can now directly submit verified academic transcripts to WSU in the following ways:
- Log in to their My eQuals account
- Open the electronic document (e.g., transcript or diploma)
- Select 'Share' → 'Western Sydney University'
- Confirm and submit
- These integrated methods enhance the authenticity and efficiency of materials in the admission process, eliminating the need for paper notarizations.
Course Highlights
Master of Social Work (Qualifying) – Applications are now open, with a new mid-year (Spring July) intake added –Applications for the Master of Social Work (Qualifying) for the 2026 autumn intake are now open,The new mid-year intake for Spring 2026 (July intake) will be available on Studylink soon. Due to high competition, please submit complete materials early to avoid delays in processing.
The Master of Social Work (Qualifying) is a two-year degree accredited by the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), including 1,000 hours of professional placement arranged by the university in diverse workplace environments.
