1. Nominations for the 2026 Monash University International Student Future Leadership Study Grant are now open
To recognize and encourage future global leaders, supporting them to fully realize their potential at Monash University, Monash University will establish the Future Leadership Study Grant in S1 2026.
- Total grant amount: AUD 10,000
- Eligible applicants: Mainland Chinese students enrolling in undergraduate and coursework master's programs at Monash University, Australia, in the first semester of 2026
- Distribution method: Nominations will be made in the order of email receipt; places are limited, first-come, first-served.

How to apply
Applicants need to send an email to the KOKOS copywriting teacher; we will contact the Monash team for nomination.
If submitted by the student themselves, the requirements are as follows:
- Email subject: Student name + Monash student ID + 2026 Future Leadership Study Grant (one email per applicant only)
- Email body must include: Student name, Monash ID, Applying Intake, Course code, Nationality of student, Course name, and a brief statement on why you are applying for the Monash Future Leadership Study Grant
- Email attachment: Student's Full Offer
Eligibility criteria
- Student's passport must be from Mainland China
- Only for students applying for undergraduate and coursework master's programs
- Must have received a Full Offer for enrollment in the first semester of 2026 (excluding Packaged Offer)
- Brief statement on why you are applying for the Monash Future Leadership Study Grant
Notes
- It is recommended that students submit the application themselves to provide a genuine statement of reasons
- If submitted by an agent, cc the respective Monash China team member in charge
- Failure to submit as required may result in nomination failure
- Study grant nominations will be processed in the order of email receipt; places are limited, first-come, first-served
- If places are available, the Admissions department is expected to send the study grant email (Study Grant Letter) within 10 working days
- After receiving the study grant email, complete the confirmation steps within the specified deadline as required
- If places are full, applicants will be placed on a waiting list
Study grant not applicable to
- Monash transnational education (TNE) program students
- Sponsored students
- Students who have already received other Monash University scholarships or study grants (including alumni scholarships)
- Students who have paid fees and obtained a CoE
- Students progressing to undergraduate studies from Monash College
- Students progressing to master's studies through GC or GD
- Students who need to attend Monash University language courses
- Some quota-restricted courses (Quota Course)
