Job Description

  • Planning, developing and organising advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives
  • Advising executives and clients on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of goods and services
  • Coordinating production of advertising campaigns involving specialised activities, such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting, television and film production and media placement, within time and budget constraints
  • Analysing data regarding consumer patterns and preferences
  • Interpreting and predicting current and future consumer trends
  • Researching potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services and collecting and analysing data and other statistical information
  • Supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs

Assessment Requirements

  • Pathway 1: AQF bachelor's degree or higher, major highly relevant, with at least 2 years of post-qualification highly relevant paid employment within the last 5 years.
  • Pathway 2: AQF bachelor's degree or higher, major highly relevant, plus an additional relevant qualification such as an AQF Diploma, with at least 1 year of post-qualification highly relevant paid employment within the last 5 years.
  • Pathway 3: AQF bachelor's degree or higher, major not highly relevant, with at least 3 years of post-qualification highly relevant paid employment within the last 5 years.
  • Pathway 4: AQF bachelor's degree or higher, with a total of at least 5 years of relevant paid employment, including at least 1 year of post-qualification highly relevant employment within the last 5 years (pre-qualification experience may be included).
  • Documentation requirements are detailed, including educational qualifications, employment proof, identity documents, English translations, and materials related to self-employment, etc.
  • Language: No standardized English test score requirement, but documentation and communication are primarily in English.
