186 Visa
The Australian 186 visa is a type of employer-sponsored immigration. It means that the applicant can obtain the nomination of an Australian employer with his or her professional skills and rich work experience, and obtain an Australian permanent residence visa in one step through sponsorship. This type of immigration does not require scoring, as long as the applicant meets the basic requirements. Australian companies can sponsor various overseas professionals or skilled workers, and can apply in or outside Australia.

Basic Qualifications
- 1Under 45 years old; (some conditions are exempted)
- 2English language requirement: IELTS 6 points in 4 subjects;
- 3Obtain nomination from an Australian employer, the nominated occupation is on the medium- and long-term list (such as accounting, engineering, IT, early childhood education, etc.), and needs to pass the corresponding occupation assessment;

186 TRT（Temporary Resiidence Transition）
Basic Qualifications
- 1Under 45 years old; (some conditions are exempted)
- 2English language requirement: IELTS 6 points in 4 subjects;
- 3Hold a 482 visa and have worked for the same employer for 2 years in the past 3 years;
- 4The occupation is consistent with the 482 nomination occupation and must be on the occupation list of MLTSSL, STOSL, ROL. No occupation assessment is required;
