• 3The occupation must be on the occupation list of MLTSSL, STOSL, ROL;
• 4The position must be full-time with a minimum working time of 38 hours per week;
• 5The employer must meet the labour market testing requirements relevant to the position, unless exempt (as determined by the ITO);
• 6Conducting an LMT is conducive to satisfying the “genuine and reasonable” condition;
• 7Meet both the Annual Market Salary (AMSR) and TSMIT requirements, with an annual salary of at least AUD 70,000 per annum.

• Currently, the department is prioritising applications from the Priority Migrant Skilled Occupation List (PMSOL) and critical sectors in accordance with Ministerial Direction. You can travel to and from Australia as many times as you like during the validity of your visa

• Work in Australia for up to 2 years or up to 4 years if an International Trade Obligation (ITO) applies. Hong Kong passport holders can stay for up to 5 years
