Condition CoE final academic material submission deadline: Friday, August 1, 2025

The University of Sydney has established several special admission processes (conditional Coe) aimed at smoothly advancing students' admission applications.


The admissions team will soon send reminder emails to relevant students enrolling in the second semester of 2025, requesting them to submit the official final version of their academic materials as instructed in the unconditional offer letters.
The submission deadline is: Friday, August 1, 2025

We are sending you this email specifically because your student has been included in the notification list.

Please assist us in completing this process before the deadline. We kindly ask you to contact the students as soon as possible and urge them to submit the required materials on time.


What happens if the student does not submit the official materials by the deadline?

If a student has enrolled but fails to submit the official documents on time, we will temporarily freeze their grade release permissions, and their enrollment status may also be affected, or even canceled.

Your support for recruiting students in Semester 2 2025 is very much appreciated. As you know, we have different special admissions processes to assist you with facilitating students' admissions to the University.

Our Admissions team has sent a reminder to your relevant students commencing in Semester 2 2025 yesterday asking them to submit their official final academic documentation as per the statement in their unconditional offer letters. The deadline for them to submit the documentation is Friday, 1 August 2025.

We are emailing you as your student(s) is/are on the send list and you will need to help to facilitate this process by the deadline. Please help to follow up with your students and ensure the required documentation will be submitted in time. Our recruitment team also have the list of your students and you can alert them if there are any questions or specific requests. Please do so as soon as possible.

What happens if official documents are not received by the agreed deadline?

We will supress students' results after the deadline if they have enrolled, and their enrolment may be impacted or may be cancelled.
