The year 2025 is a challenging one for the Australian international education sector.
As the second semester of 2025 approaches, we are very pleased to announce that Curtin University will provide the following additional support to assist students and partners:
🔹 1. An additional AUD $2000 agent commission reward for each student
- Applicable to students who have not yet received a COE by June 16, 2025 (that is, only new students who receive a COE after June 16 are eligible)
- Must be a new full-time student commencing studies between July 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025
- Only applicable to main course programs (taught undergraduate/master's and research programs)
- Will be issued within 2 weeks after the regular commission process is completed
🔹 2. An additional AUD $1000 bursary for international students
- For international students who are self-funded and not sponsored by the government or a third party
- Must be a full-time undergraduate or taught master's student
- Must not have received a COE by June 16, 2025 (that is, only new students who receive a COE after June 16 are eligible)
- Tuition fees will be automatically reduced after the census date of the first semester

As we enter the lead up to Semester 2, 2025 intake, we are pleased to announce further support for both agents and students.
Additional AUD$2000 Commission per student to Curtin University agents.
- In addition to Curtin’s regular commission rates, we are offering our agents an additional AUD$2000 per student, for any new commencing international student yet to be issued with a Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) from Curtin University, as of 16 June 2025.
- Qualifying students would need to be enrolled full time for the Semester 2 2025 study period, or any other study period between 1 July 2025 and 31 December 2025.
- This incentive applies only to mainstream courses, including coursework programs and higher degree by research courses.
- This payment will be assessed and applied where applicable 2 weeks after the Curtin University Perth’s Commission process.
Additional AUD$1000 Support Bursary for International Students.
- On top of Curtin’s existing international student scholarships, we are supporting students with an additional AUD$1000 support bursary.
- The Support Bursary will be offered to International full fee paying non-sponsored students that are undertaking an undergraduate degree or postgraduate degree by coursework and are yet to be issued with a Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) from Curtin University, as of 16 June 2025
- To qualify, these students must be enrolled for the Semester 2, 2025 study period, or any other study period between 1 July 2025 and 31 December 2025. Students must be enrolled in a full-time study load.
- The bursary will be instantly assessed by Curtin’s Global Admissions team, with qualifying students receiving this payment credited to their student fee account after census date in their first study period.
