Monash University Update

I. Monash College November 2025 English Course ME Module 4 Enrollment Arrangements

Monash College has recently sent enrollment arrangement emails to new students who are scheduled to enroll in the English Course ME Module 4 in November but have not yet enrolled or are still awaiting visa approval due to processing times. The original email content received by students can be found in Attachment 1. Teachers are requested to remind students to plan their enrollment based on this information. We have also shared the enrollment arrangement details with our partner agents, as shown in Attachment 2.

The specific content of the email sent to students is as follows:

It is understood that you may still be waiting for visa approval in your home country. If you have not yet submitted your visa application, please be sure to apply as early as possible.

If you receive your visa before Orientation Week (before November 6, 2025)

If you receive your student visa before Orientation Week, please be sure to attend the orientation activities and arrive on campus to start the first week of classes on time. During Orientation Week and the first two weeks of the semester, key information such as course preparation details, introductions to core campus services, and academic support systems will be provided.

If you receive your visa by the latest arrival deadline (before Friday, November 21, 2025)

If visa processing delays prevent you from attending Orientation Week, you must arrive on campus and start face-to-face classes by the end of the second teaching week (Friday, November 21, 2025).

If you receive your visa after the latest arrival date (after Friday, November 21, 2025, but before December 8, 2025)

If visa delays prevent you from arriving by the end of the second teaching week, you will be eligible to enroll in the Monash Intensive English Course* (starting Monday, December 8, 2025). You will receive a welcome email on Monday, November 24, 2025, and can follow the instructions in the email to complete the registration process.

If you are unable to arrive by December 8

If you do not receive your visa before the start date of the Monash Intensive English Course (Monday, December 8, 2025), you will need to apply for a deferral of enrollment or a leave of absence.

About the Monash Intensive English Course *

This course runs from December 8, 2025, to February 6, 2026, with teaching content and assessment standards identical to the original 10-week course.

Upon successful completion of the intensive course, you will have ample time to register for the first semester of 2026 and participate in Monash University's orientation activities.
