Admission process changes: For UEEC10 course (starting on March 17, 2025 - following the main course of Term 3, 2025)

For students of the University English Entry Course 10 (UEEC10), if they fail to obtain a visa and arrive in Sydney by March 17, 2025, they can now receive a 2-week late entry grace period (originally only 1 week was allowed).

Students must start their studies online within these 2 weeks.

For all other ELICOS courses (including students who have already obtained a visa), the original late entry policy still applies.

2-week late entry rules:

1. Eligible students have received official notification. They will automatically be enrolled in online courses from March 17 to March 28. Relevant course schedules and login methods will be announced on Monday, March 17.

Online course time is from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM Sydney time.

2. Students must attend the online orientation on Monday, March 17.

3. If students obtain a visa within 2 weeks after the course starts, they must arrive in Sydney by Friday, March 28 at the latest and join the offline classes.

4. Once students obtain a visa, please notify XXXXXXXXX as soon as possible and provide the estimated time of arrival in Sydney.

We will help students transfer to offline classes and provide them with new class numbers, schedules, and classroom locations (viewable through the Allocate+ system).

5. If students fail to obtain a visa by March 28 or cannot attend online classes as scheduled, they will need to defer their admission to the next available UEEC10 course.

Please contact UNSW College Admissions.

What if a student does not want to participate in online courses?

If students do not wish to participate in the online courses starting on March 17, they must submit a deferral application before Monday, March 17.
