CDU Casuarina Campus Open Day is waiting for you!

CDU President Professor Scott Bowman expressed his anticipation for the Open Day. "Whether you want to engage in tool operation, digital computing, or pursue a career in the creative arts, the Open Day can provide inspiration and guide people to find the path to realize their dreams," said Professor Bowman.

On the Open Day, CDU will showcase several new courses, with the 'Bachelor of Creative Arts' course attracting much attention. Students will have the opportunity to participate in a photo scavenger hunt, take on photography challenges with creative prompts, and gain an in-depth understanding of lighting and sound production techniques in the creative arts industry.

The course aims to provide students with a transformative learning experience, helping them to take their creation, performance, and exhibition of creative works to a new level. Dr. Amanda Morris, Dean of the CDU College of Arts, pointed out that the 'Bachelor of Creative Arts' course focuses on cultivating professional talents in the creative arts field. "No matter which major students choose, they will master core skills related to their profession, enhancing their creative practice abilities as artists, musicians, storytellers, filmmakers, managers, and producers," said Dr. Morris.
