The Kooloobong Village community is located within the Wollongong campus, making it very convenient to attend classes on campus, and it's also close to the campus's free shuttle bus stop. Here, students can access more university support services, such as 24/7 health support services; in addition, the students and staff here can provide advice, support, and organize interesting activities for new students to help them integrate into the community as soon as possible.
Currently, the apartment offers three different accommodation options:
Self-catering 5-bedroom (AUD 300 per week)
Self-catering 4-bedroom (AUD 310 per week, individual air-conditioned rooms require AUD 330/week)
Self-catering single room (AUD 355 per week, individual air-conditioned rooms AUD 375/week)

Campus East student apartments are located opposite the patrolled beach at Fairy Meadow and are the only UOW student accommodation that offers both meal and self-catering facilities. Campus East focuses on the integration of people and the environment, with a large green space and garden, providing students with a warm living atmosphere. In addition, it's very convenient to reach the beach within 5 minutes.
Transportation at Campus East
Campus East is less than 4 kilometers from the UOW Wollongong campus.
The UOW free shuttle bus stops right outside Campus East.
It's about a 15-minute walk from Campus East to the Wollongong city center.
If students want to go to Sydney or the South Coast, they can easily reach the Fairy Meadow train station with a 10-minute walk from Campus East.
Campus East offers the following accommodation options:
Meal-inclusive rooms come in 2, 3, or 5-bedroom configurations. The facilities in these rooms may vary by building, but all include a bed, a desk, a chair, and shared bathroom facilities.
Students in meal-inclusive rooms will enjoy 14 meals per week at the Campus East cafeteria, which caters to various dietary needs.For fire safety reasons,meal-inclusive rooms do not have cooking facilities, and cooking is not allowed in these rooms. Meal-inclusive rooms provide residents with common areas equipped with refrigerators and storage space. If needed, there are also two public kitchens available for meal-inclusive students.
Self-catering rooms come in 1, 2, 4, or 5-bedroom configurations. All rooms are equipped with a bed, a desk, a chair, and shared living, cooking, and bathroom facilities. It should be noted that the rooms do not provide cutlery, crockery, and other cooking utensils.

Bangalay apartments are located across the road from the UOW Wollongong campus and are an ideal accommodation choice for students who wish to live in a mature and diverse community. This residence is tailored for mature individuals and postgraduate students and their families. Bangalay offers modern facilities, outdoor public and recreational areas, and study and meeting rooms, providing students with everything they need to balance study and family life.
Bangalay is close to the UOW lecture halls and other learning facilities, such as the library, UniActive gym, and heated swimming pool. In addition, it is also adjacent to the botanical garden, which is refreshing.

I-House offers meal-inclusive rooms, just a few minutes away from the UOW Wollongong campus and North Wollongong train station. In addition, I-House has indoor and outdoor dining areas, as well as study rooms and meeting rooms, providing students with everything they need to balance student life.
Meal-inclusive rooms
I-House provides students with 14 meals per week, and students can dine in the restaurant or the comfortable courtyard for outdoor dining. Breakfast and dinner are served from Monday to Saturday. Brunch and dinner are served on weekends. A variety of foods are provided to meet all dietary, religious, and lifestyle requirements.

Only by using a separately coded remote key can one enter the main building, common spaces, and student rooms.
Each unit and apartment can only be entered by the students living there using their respective remote keys, and each bedroom in a shared unit has a coded door lock that can only be opened by the key holder.
