The MBIS (Master of Business Information Systems) at Torrens Universityis very suitable for students like me who wish to transform, because itdoes not restrict professional background,providing an excellent opportunity for me to enter the IT field from scratch.

I think the course arrangement at Torrens University is very reasonable.A two-year master's degree only requires taking 16 courses, with 3 semesters each year,each semester only lasts 12 weeks. Each course only has one 3-hour class per week, and only 3 assessments. I can choose how many courses to take each semester based on my learning ability and acceptance level, or follow the school's recommended progress,finding the learning rhythm that best suits me.

This way, I can understand the requirements of each assessment in advance,studying with clear goals.This flexible arrangement allows me toeasily balance study and life, while also providing more opportunities to integrate into the local society.

The two teachers from the first semester left the deepest impression on me. When I first arrived in Australia, I had been away from the learning environment for some time, and my language ability was not strong, so the first semester was really tough for me. Especially in class, I always felt like I couldn't understand, didn't dare to interact with the teacher, and every time I heard the teacher call my name, I would get so nervous that I didn't know what to do.

However,Tim Reynolds, the teacher of MIS500was particularly patient. Although I didn't dare to speak at first, he kept encouraging me every class, never giving up on me. He would also talk to me alone after class, helping me solve the problems I encountered. With his patient guidance, I gradually dared to participate in class discussions, slowly feeling my progress.

Also,Vipin, the teacher of MIS501also left a deep impression on me. Although he was very serious in class, not allowing us to play with phones or eat snacks, he always explained Python programming knowledge in a humorous way, using simple and understandable examples to explain each step of the code, and also shared practical application scenarios, making it easier for us to understand and remember. His teaching method not only made programming fun but also sparked my strong interest in coding.

Therefore, I am very grateful to these two teachers, who not only helped me overcome the language barrier but also ignited my passion for programming, filling me with confidence for the upcoming studies.

Yes, I was very honored to receive a scholarship. This scholarship is not only a recognition of my past efforts but also greatly motivated me to continue moving forward. It made me feel that I have more support and encouragement in my academic and future development. So I will definitely continue to maintain a good learning state and strive to achieve better academic results.

After graduation, Ihope to find a job related to IT. I am very interested in programming, so in the coming time, I will study harder and also obtain some certificates that are helpful for employment, enriching my resume and increasing job opportunities.

Here,the teachers are very patient and responsible, the learning arrangement is flexible, students can not onlylearn professional knowledgebut also have time toenjoy local life, integrating into Australian culture. Moreover, there are relatively few Chinese students here,the English environment is very good, and you can also make friends from different countries,understanding multiculturalism.
