Six-year integrated Bachelor and Master of Medicine program
3 Years Bachelor of Medical Studies and 3 years Doctor of Medicine
In 2022, the University of Adelaide launched a newSix-year medical program——Integrated Bachelor of Medical Studies and Doctor of Medicine course (6 years packaged offer Bachelor of Medical Studies and Doctor of Medicine), providing students with in-depth medical knowledge and practical skills. The advantages of the course include:
✅Newly launched six-year integrated course: Adopts the latest educational models and technologies to ensure students receive the most cutting-edge medical education.
✅Master's level graduation qualification (AQF 9): Graduates of this course will receive an extended master's level qualification at level 9 of the Australian Qualifications Framework, representing that students have mastered advanced professional knowledge and skills.
✅Phased educational pathway: Students must successfully complete the Bachelor of Medical Studies before entering the Doctor of Medicine phase. This phased educational pathway helps students solidly grasp basic medical knowledge, laying a solid foundation for more advanced studies.

UCAT ANZ mainly tests students' understanding of numerical and written information, as well as their emotional intelligence and decision-making abilities, to assess their potential to become excellent medical professionals, engage in deep medical learning and research.

Dentistry
Dentists are committed to improving the oral health of community members and continuously learning to care for patient well-being. Dentistry is both a science and an art, with flexibility and profound impact, significantly improving people's lives.

The Bachelor of Dentistry program at the University of Adelaide trains students to become patient-centered excellent dentists. From the first year, students will accumulate clinical experience at Australia's top dental teaching hospital, mastering comprehensive dental skills from complex restorative work to preventive treatment. Oral health is an integral part of overall health. While dentists provide specialized treatment, oral health therapists play a key role in daily oral health maintenance and health education.

As a student of the Bachelor of Oral Health at the University of Adelaide, you will join a team providing high-quality clinical care for all ages. You will have the opportunity to design dental care plans for patients with chronic gum pain, participate in the formulation of public health policies, and design and execute oral health education activities.
