In early December 2023, the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security held a video conference on employment and entrepreneurship work for the 2024 national ordinary college graduates. The meeting pointed out that in 2024, there will be11.79 million domestic college graduatesjoining the job-seeking army, an increase of 210,000 year-on-year, a growth of 2%. In addition, nearly a million overseas returnees have chosen to return home and join the job competition.

Since the establishment of the ANU China Centre in March 2022, which specifically caters to ANU students,the Australian National University 'ANU China Apprenticeship Scheme'has successfully helped hundreds of students secure offers from companies and successfully join their dream companies. The second semester of ANU's academic year in July 2024 is about to begin, and the university holiday is expected to officially start in mid to late November. Following our successful cooperation with CPA Australia in 2021, and the launch of the SHIPs program covering Internship, Mentorship, Scholarship, andthe Apprenticeship Programas four direct channels to the workplace,the SHIPs programin the upcoming Australian summer of 2024, we will once again join hands with CPA Australia to create a customized internship program for ANU students.This project will cover fields such as accounting, banking, and finance, and will also extend to other industries such as new energy, high technology, electronic information, and high-end manufacturing. The choice of multiple cities and industries ensures that ANU students can find the most suitable internship positions for themselves. 

It is worth mentioning that the employers selected and accepting students this time are all high-quality companies with a good reputation in the industry, recommended by CPA Australia. Students participating in this year's internship program will have the opportunity to engage with the most cutting-edge business models and technologies, exchange with industry leaders, and accumulate valuable experience for their future careers.
