1. How to register for the graduation ceremony?

Eligible students will receive an officialemail invitationfrom the school 6 weeks before the event, which includes registration and event details. Students must RSVP via the link provided in the email by thedeadlineto confirm attendance and pay related fees.

2. Graduation ceremony fees?

The fee for the graduation ceremony is: AUD 255 per student, including:

• Student graduation seat

• Graduation gown rental

• Graduation cap (to keep)

• Graduation ceremony handbook

• One professional photo (digital version)

• Can bring two family members

Fees are paid through the official school email link.

3. Why didn't I receive an invitation email to the graduation ceremony?

First, please check if you are eligible to attend the graduation ceremony. Specific details can be found under "Eligibility" on the QR code page at the end of the text.

Additionally, please check the personal email address you registered in the "Student Portal" and check your spam folder.

4. Is it mandatory to attend the graduation ceremony?

Attending the graduation ceremony is not mandatory, but we encourage all graduates to attend as it is a day to celebrate your achievements after your hard work.

5. Absent Graduation

Absent graduation refers to higher education (HE) students whose degrees will be awarded at the Academic Board or graduation ceremony, but they will not personally attend the ceremony.

According to our terms and conditions, graduates who are absent from graduation will not be eligible to attend future ceremonies for the same qualification, as their degree has already been awarded.

How to apply for absent graduation:

Use the registration link provided in the graduation ceremony email invitation. Be sure to select the "Absent Graduation" option before the registration deadline.

If you do not respond to your graduation ceremony email invitation and register, it will result in automatic absent graduation.

In both cases, your graduation certificate and academic transcript will be mailed to the recorded address within 30 working days after the graduation ceremony date.
