Dr. Sorin Daniliuc
Australian National University School of Accounting Research
Sorin is a lecturer in accounting at the College of Business and Economics at the Australian National University and a member of CPA Australia. His research interests lie in the areas of corporate governance, corporate mergers, alliances, and corporate restructuring. Sorin is particularly interested in factors that can improve the performance of corporate mergers and acquisitions and is passionate about innovatively applying technology to enhance business functions.
Sorin has contributed to the development of various teaching materials for CPA Australia and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and is part of the author team for the market-leading advanced financial reporting textbook 'Wiley's Financial Reporting', now in its fourth edition.
Jonty Hall
Australian National University College of Business and Economics
Jonty is the International Student Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator at the College of Business and Economics at the Australian National University, enjoying working with prospective students from around the world to help them realize their dream of studying at ANU. He is responsible for recruiting motivated and talented students into various programs offered across the college, including popular courses in accounting, economics, management, and finance.
Jonty joined the Australian National University in 2023, having previously worked in the Australian higher education sector for over 10 years, including 8 years in international education and marketing.
