Australian National University - China Center

The Australian National University (ANU) China Centre was established in Beijing in 2017 and opened an office in Shanghai in early 2023. As a direct overseas office of ANU and a hub for interaction with China, the China Centre, under the direct leadership of the university's Vice-Chancellor for International, strives to strengthen and assist ANU in conducting multifaceted cooperation in China. The China Centre creatively connects research institutes and university partners, expands diversified student sources, promotes alumni relations, student mobility, and establishes government/enterprise cooperation communication channels. Main strategic objectives include:

• Establishing international strategies and partnerships, alumni relations, student services, and support for various colleges at ANU

• Establishing connections with Chinese enterprises to provide internship and employment opportunities for students and graduates of the Australian National University

• Through ANU China Centre's social media and other media channels, let more Chinese friends know and understand ANU

• Conducting ANU-related academic research liaison, managing relationships with various partners in China, gaining a deeper understanding of Chinese student sources, and supporting various academic research collaborations, seeking more in-depth cooperation opportunities
