Overview
Introduction
Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Integrated Project Delivery represent the future of the construction industry. Developed in response to the challenge of lost productivity, budget blow-outs, time over-runs and waste that plagued major construction projects, IPD is a way of managing projects so that every member of the building team work collaboratively throughout the construction process. The sharing of information between these team members is made easier by the growing use of BIM – a process of creating and managing information on a construction project whereby every aspect of the build asset has a digital description that becomes part of the ‘model’. Bond’s Graduate Diploma in Building Information Modelling and Integrated Project Delivery is a cutting-edge program which has been designed in close collaboration with industry, align with the frameworks and standards of the industry’s leading professional bodies in Australia, the UK and the USA, to prepare graduates for leadership roles in consultancies, client organisations and contracting organisations. The Graduate Diploma is part of an articulated pathway; with a recognised degree qualification available after completing the requirements of the Graduate Diploma, you can then continue your studies into the Master of BIM & IPD by completing a Capstone project (40 credit points).Program code: SD-93038CRICOS code: 099720E[099720E]

For example, if a school has a risk rating of Level 2, the applicant will face more restrictions than in the past and will be required to provide additional documentary evidence, such as proof of English language proficiency and financial capacity
