ICE is a world class, award winning culinary and hospitality school in Brisbane, Queensland. In 2013, Alison and Steve Taafe had a dream of opening a culinary school that was different from the rest. Unlike other training organisations and colleges, we offer personalised, tailored-made training for each individual student that best suits their needs and importantly, the needs of their workplace.
