1. Course Overview
- Duration: 2 years (full-time)
- Campus: City Tower Campus
- Intake: February
- Accreditation: Accredited by the Australian Counselling Association (ACA)
- Internship Arrangement: Requires completion of 240 hours of practical internship related to counselling
- Graduate Prospects: Can develop careers in areas such as psychological counselling, multicultural services, family support, community work, refugee assistance, and youth services
2. Entry Requirements
- Academic Requirements: Hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline (AQF 7 or equivalent)
- Suitability Requirements: An interview with the course director is required before receiving an offer
- English Requirements: IELTS overall score of 7.0 (Reading/Writing no less than 6.5, Listening/Speaking no less than 7.5) or equivalent. If the applicant has completed a bachelor's degree in Australia or in an English-speaking country recognized by the Department of Home Affairs, they may be considered to have met the English requirements and do not need to provide IELTS scores.
3. Scholarship Information
- First Year: 20% tuition fee reduction
- Second Year and Beyond: 10–30% scholarship based on the previous year's Weighted Average Mark (WAM)
- Undergraduate to Master's direct pathway or high GPA transfer students: Can receive a 30% scholarship in the first year

If the student only has the final condition of 'completing current studies', they can first apply for a conditional offer (Provisional Offer).

- Scholarship: 20% in the first year, 10–30% in subsequent years, based on the previous year’s WAMUG to PG pathway without gap and/or high-achieving transfer students will receive 30% in the first year
