1. Early Acceptance Incentive Plan for Semester 1, 2026
This plan now includes a $1,000 AUD reward for students, applicable to both onshore and offshore students.

Please note that the early acceptance rewards and student grants have limited availability, on a first-come, first-served basis, or will close on January 31, 2026, whichever comes first.

Details of the incentive plan and rewards for new students

Swinburne University will provide special rewards for students and agents enrolling in Higher Education and Vocational Education and Training (VET) courses for Semester 1, 2026.

Students who are new to Swinburne and accept their offer by January 31, 2026, will receive a one-time $1,000 AUD grant.

This grant is a one-time rebate that will be deducted from the tuition fees of the student's next semester if they continue to enroll.
This grant can be used in addition to any other scholarships the student has received.

2. Rewards for agents

Agents who accept offers by January 31, 2026, and whose students remain enrolled after the Census Date of Semester 1, 2026, will receive a one-time $500 AUD reward per student.

This reward will be issued after confirming the student's Census Date.

3.Early AcceptancesSituations where the incentive plan does not apply

Please note that this incentive does not apply to the following types of students:

  • Study Abroad (short-term exchange programs)
  • Research (research-based courses)
  • Sponsored students
  • Offshore students with reduced study duration due to credit exemptions/course transfers

4. Visa update: Priority Processing

According to MD111 policy, Priority 1 – High priority processing mechanism is currently activated for offshore students applying to Swinburne's higher education and vocational education courses.

Swinburne is an Evidence Level 1 institution, meaning now is the best time for students to submit visa applications to ensure smooth enrollment.

We’re pleased to announce that Swinburne’s Early Acceptance incentive is now open for Semester 1 2026, and now with an increased $1,000 Student Grant. Available for both offshore and onshore representatives and their students.

Please note there is a limited allocation of the Early Acceptance bonus and Student Grant. These exclusive offers for students and agents are available until the allocation is exhausted or until 31 January 2026.

Incentives for early acceptances

Swinburne is pleased to offer an incentive to both education agents and students for early acceptances into higher education and vocational education and training courses commencing in Semester 1 2026.


Grant for students new to Swinburne

Students new to Swinburne, who accept their Semester 1 2026 offer by 31 January 2026, are eligible to receive a grant of $1000. The grant is a one-off rebate to the student and is in addition to any scholarship that the student has received. The rebate is deducted from the students' following semester tuition fees if they remain enrolled at Swinburne.


Agent bonus

Agents are eligible for a bonus for each new Semester 1 2026 acceptance that is complete by 31 January 2026. This is a one-off payment of $500 for each student still enrolled after the Semester 1 2026 census date who accepted their offer before the deadline.

Exclusion: Please note these incentives do not apply to Study Abroad, Research, Sponsored students or offshore students who accept offers with a reduced study duration due to advanced standing/credit exemptions.


Visa update: Priority Processing

Under MD111, Priority 1 – High processing is currently in effect for offshore students applying to Swinburne’s higher education and vocational education and training (VET) sectors.

Swinburne is an Evidence Level 1 provider. By acting now, students can take advantage of current opportunities and be well-prepared for their upcoming studies.
