1. Information Session for Students Enrolling in January and February 2026

Students who have received offers for 2026 enrollment and their families are cordially invited to attend an online information session on October 19 (Sunday). This event will provide an in-depth introduction to the real experience of studying at Trinity College and smoothly transitioning to the University of Melbourne.

This webinar will feature Trinity College teachers and outstanding alumni, offering valuable experiences and insights to students.

2. Early Acceptance for Students Who Are About to Meet English Requirements

For students who have not yet fully met the English language entry requirements but are actively working towards them, early acceptance of the offer is now available.

Specific conditions are as follows:

  • The student has received an offer from Trinity College;
  • Provide proof of IELTS 5.5 (or equivalent TOEFL, PTE scores);
  • Commit to achieving IELTS 6.0 or equivalent at least 8 weeks before the course starts.

Students meeting the above conditions can accept the offer early and receive a conditional CoE (Confirmation of Enrollment).

3. Trinity Now Accepts IELTS One Skill Retake

Trinity College Foundation Studies now officially accepts IELTS One Skill Retake scores to meet English proficiency requirements.

IELTS One Skill Retake allows students to retake only one section of the test, providing great convenience for improving unsatisfactory individual scores.

4. Update on Entry Requirements for Bachelor of Oral Health

The University of Melbourne has updated the entry score requirement for the Bachelor of Oral Health program. Effective immediately, students need to achieve a score of 90 to be eligible for admission.
This score is a reference score; actual admission still depends on the number of applicants and available spots.

Please ensure that students interested in applying for this program are aware of this update.

All students (and their families), who hold offers for our 2026 intakes, are warmly invited to attend. The webinar will feature Trinity staff and recent alumni.

Early acceptance for students tracking well towards meeting our English language requirement


We’re pleased to announce early acceptance is now possible by students who haven’t yet met our English language entry requirements but are on track to do so.
 
Here’s how it works:

  • If students have received an offer from Trinity College;
  • Have evidence of having achieved an IELTS score of 5.5(or an equivalent score in TOEFL, PTE); and
  • Are committed to achieving anIELTS 6.0or equivalent at least8 weeks prior to commencement.

Students can then accept the offer and receive a confirmation of enrolment conditional upon meeting the English requirement.

We are excited to announce Trinity College Foundation Studies is now accepting IELTS One Skill Retake's for students to meet the English Language profiency requirement.

IELTS One Skill Retake allows students to retake one section of the test, giving them a unique opportunity to improve their score if their first result is unsatisfactory.


Bachelor of Oral Health update

The University of Melbourne has updated the score for entry into Oral Health. Effective immediately, students must achieve a score of 90. It is an indicative score, i.e., entry depends on supply/demand.
