Offer process for 2026

As we approach the final stages of Semester 2, 2025 admissions cycle, we’d like to provide an important update regarding the release of offers for the 2026 academic year.

Unconditional offers for most programs in the 2026 intake are currently being issued on a rolling basis. However, due to high demand and limited capacity in select areas, several programs have transitioned to a scheduled offer round process.

Below is the list of high-demand programs that have now commenced offer rounds for Semester 1, 2026. Students who become eligible for an unconditional offer will be placed on a waitlist, with offers released during scheduled rounds.

If your students have applied to one of the listed programs and have not yet received an outcome, please be assured that their applications are still under active consideration.

How to check the application is on a waitlist when a course has limited capacity

  1. Log in to the Agent Portal using your registered credentials.
  2. Navigate to the 'Manage applications' page and select the ‘Search applications’ option.
  3. Type in the Student ID and view the report.
  4. Check the status under the column heading “Application status” and it will be displaying the following: Quota course waitlisted

The Recruitment team in Sydney Future Students (SFS) has recently announced that they have secured increased funding for the VCIS. Students can now receive up to $60,000 when awarded a VCIS.  No separate application is necessary for the VCIS and students are ranked and offered in rounds. For more information on the scholarship and the offer rounds, see here or contact your relevant regional manager.
