Please check the July 2025 update of the new University of Adelaide.
1. Tuition fees for taught courses in 2026
The estimated annual tuition fees for all taught courses (coursework degrees) at the University of Adelaide in 2026 have been updated on the following platforms:
- Course webpages
- StudyLink system
- New offers of admission will display the new fees
Note: Previously issued offers showing 2025 tuition fees will not be updated. Students who accept a 2026 offer marked with 2025 fees can pay the deposit amount listed in the offer, and a tuition fee bill for the difference will be issued to the student's account.
2. Latest agent transfer form and conditional CoE form

3. Bachelor of Science (Veterinary Bioscience) for 2026 intake now open for applications
Bachelor of Science (Veterinary Bioscience)The program is now open for applications, with the application process including the following key dates:
- đď¸ Application deadline: September 30, 2025
- đ Questionnaire submission deadline: October 28, 2025 (Tuesday, before 9:00 AM Adelaide time)
- đ§Ş Casper test deadline: November 23, 2025 (Sunday)
Students must meet the minimum academic entry requirements and take the Casper test. All key dates and the latest selection criteria are now available online for viewing.
3. Updated PTE English score requirements (Effective immediately)
The University of Adelaide has recently reviewed the Pearson Test of English (PTE) requirements and increased the equivalent PTE score requirements:

| 6.5 | 64 (previous was 58) |
| 7.0 | 72 (previous was 65) |

4. Adelaide ranks among the top 10 most livable cities in the world!
According to the Economist's Global Liveability Index ranking, Adelaide ranked 9th in 2025, up 2 places from last year!
Scoring highlights:
- Healthcare: 100 points
- Education: 100 points
- Infrastructure: 96.4 points
- Stability: 95 points
- Culture and Environment: 91.4 points

2026 coursework fees
The 2026 indicative annual fees for Adelaide University coursework degrees have been updated on the degree webpages, inStudyLinkand will display on Offers of Admission. Offers previously issued with the 2025 fee structure will not be updated.
Students who accept a 2026 offer with 2025 fees can pay the tuition fee deposit as outlined in their offer, and their student account will be invoiced for the difference. Additionally, Adelaide University contracted agency partners and prospective students can now access the Change of Agent form on StudyLink, within the Resource Library.

Applications now open: Bachelor of Science (Veterinary Bioscience) for 2025 intake
Applications for theBachelor of Science (Veterinary Bioscience)program are now open inStudyLinkand will close on 30 September 2025. As part of the application process, students must also complete and submit their Questionnaire responses by 9:00am (Adelaide time) on Tuesday 28 October 2025.
In addition to meeting the minimum academic entry requirements, applicants are required to take the Casper test, with the final testing date being Sunday 23 November 2025. All key dates and updated selection criteria are now available.

Pearson Test of English (PTE) score update
A review of Adelaide Universityâs Pearson Test of English (PTE) requirement has recently been undertaken. As a result, the minimum equivalent PTE scores have been increased.
Effective immediately, Adelaide Universityâs PTE scores have changed to:

Ranked #9 in The Economistâs Global Liveability Index, Adelaide has climbed two spots since last year â a testament to the cityâs vibrant culture, safety, and quality of life. As a university deeply connected to the spirit of South Australia, we are proud to call Adelaide home.
Adelaide received a perfect score of 100 in both healthcare and education, along with 96.4 for infrastructure, 95 for stability, and 91.4 for culture and environment. These results reflect the City of Adelaideâs long-standing commitment to sustainability. Since setting a goal in 2015 to become one of the world's first carbon neutral cities, Adelaide remains committed to becoming a climate resilient city, offering students a clean, safe and future-focused place to live, work and study.

International Education Conference in the United States
Last month, we hosted our very first Adelaide University launch event in the US, coinciding with the 2025 NAFSA Conference in San Diego. NAFSA is the worldâs largest non-profit association dedicated to international education and exchange, bringing together 11,000+ international educators from 170+ countries.
We were joined at the event by 100+ of our valued partners from institutions around the world, who all play a vital role in supporting future Adelaide University students on their global learning journey.
We are grateful to have had the opportunity to share our global vision with so many in the NAFSA community, and excited to continue building a future where globally engaged students, citizens, and leaders can thrive.
