Please check the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) Spring 2025 and subsequent enrollment information.


1. Spring 2025 enrollment (Spring 2025) still accepts individual applications

Although the application for UTS Spring 2025 enrollment has officially closed, we will still process individual cases for applicants within Australia before the commencement on July 28, 2025.

If you cannot find the Spring 2025 option on Studylink, you can first submit an application for subsequent semesters, then email reps@uts.edu.au to request the application be transferred to Spring 2025.

  • Deadline for accepting offers: Regular courses: July 11 Calendar D courses: July 4

If students already have an Offer but have missed the original acceptance date, they can also refer to the new dates above. If an extension is still needed, please contact the KOKOS team for assistance.


2. Application fee waiver policy (applicable within Australia)

To support enrollment activities, UTS offers application fee waivers for agents in Australia, Fiji, New Caledonia, and New Zealand.

  • Waiver validity period: August 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025
  • Waiver code: UTS- Please contact
  • Applicable to current applicants in Australia, New Zealand, or those who have completed Australian qualifications overseas.


3. UTS Early Entry Program (EEP) is now open

UTS's EEP program is now accepting applications, applicable to:

  • International students enrolled in Australian Year 12 courses
  • IB students (November exams only)

Agents can be designated by students in the application, and students will be assessed for scholarship eligibility based on Year 11 results, link: UTS EEP


4. What to do if you need to defer enrollment?

If you need to apply for deferred enrollment or reporting for Spring 2025, please contact KOKOS to explain to UTS:

  • Application number and name
  • Reason for deferral (e.g., visa not yet approved, or materials not submitted on time)
