International Student Exclusive Scholarship offers up to 35% tuition fee reduction

The University of Tasmania will continue to offer in 2026Early Acceptance Scholarship!

All international students whoaccept their offer and complete the deposit payment by the deadline belowwill receive a15% tuition fee reduction,up to a maximum of four years

Students do not need to apply separately,all students applying for admission in 2026 will be automatically assessed for scholarship eligibility. If a student has already received an offer from UTAS for 2026, they will also receive an updated scholarship offer if they meet the conditions.

To be eligible for this scholarship, students must meet the following three points:

1. Accept the latest version of the scholarship offer;
2. Meet the admission conditions;
3. And complete the payment by the corresponding deadline.

If a student plans to apply for the Summer School starting in January 2026,the payment deadline is October 24, 2025.

If a student is applying for Semester 1 starting in February 2026,the payment deadline is December 15, 2025.

Outstanding students also have the opportunity to receive the "Tasmanian International Scholarship", in combination with the "Early Acceptance Scholarship"package, enjoying up to a 35% tuition fee reduction per year, for the duration of the course!

1 International students applying to undergraduate courses at the University of Tasmania (excluding Bachelor of Medicine and Doctor of Medicine, Bachelor of Dementia Care, and Australian Maritime College navigation courses) and taught postgraduate courses (excluding some courses);

2 Scholarship selection will be based on the academic performance of the applicant's highest qualification (at least one year) before starting their studies at the University of Tasmania;

3 This scholarship is only available to new students.

We're delighted to announce theEarly Acceptance Scholarshipwill be available for 2026.

Eligible students will receive a15% reduction in tuition feesfor the duration of their course, up to a maximum of four years when they accept their offer by the deadline below.

What’s more, eligible students who meet the academic criteria may be offered aTasmanian International Scholarship plus Early Acceptance Scholarship package, with atotal tuition fee reduction of 35% per yearfor the duration of their course.

All new applications for 2026 will be automatically considered for this scholarship and, if you have an eligible student who has already received an offer for 2026, they will receive a new offer with the scholarship.
