We are currently optimizing the user experience of the myUNSW system and would like to inform you about how this system maintenance will affect future students' operations related to submitting applications, accepting admissions, and registering for courses.


The planned system maintenance time is: from 5:30 pm on Friday, March 28, 2025 (AEDT) to 11:59 pm on Sunday, March 30, 2025 (AEDT). During this period, the myUNSW system will be temporarily unavailable as we upgrade the system to bring a better user experience.

During this upgrade, myUNSW and its related services, includingonline application submission, admission confirmation, and online registration, will be temporarily unavailable. We will notify all admitted students and current applicants in advance about this service interruption.

If you have students planning to apply to UNSW, it is recommended that they submit their applications before or after the system maintenance to avoid being affected.

We're in the process of enhancing the myUNSW experience and want to provide you with an update on how this will impact prospective students' ability to apply, accept offers, and enrol at UNSW during the upcoming planned outage.

The planned outage for myUNSW is scheduled from
5:30pm on Friday, 28 March, 2025 (AEDT) until 11.59pm on Sunday, 30 March, 2025 (AEDT). During this time, myUNSW will be temporarily unavailable as we work to improve the system for a better user experience.

As part of this upgrade, myUNSW and its associated services, including online application submission, offer acceptance, and online enrolment, will be temporarily unavailable. We'll be informing all offer holders and applicants about the outage. If you have students planning to apply to UNSW, we recommend advising them to submit their applications either before or after the outage period.
