1. Start of Semester Admission Reminder

Due to high demand for some courses, students may encounter full or unavailable spots when meeting admission conditions or accepting unconditional offers.

To secure a spot, we strongly recommend students accept unconditional offers as early as possible, as admission spots are only valid while available.

Authorized educational agents of the University of Melbourne can submit conditional electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) applications for the start of semester and predicted score admission applications. Please refer to the relevant policies for specific eligibility requirements.


2.2025 Course Full Status

For internal use only (do not publish on the internet), the University has created aList of courses available for application in 2025 and their current status: [2025 Course Status List]. This list is updated in real-time to reflect the latest course availability.

When advising applicants, pleaserefer to this course list first. You can check if a course is still accepting applications or if it's possible to submit acceptance letters and tuition deposits to ensure a smooth start and mid-year enrollment for the 2025 academic year.

If the applicant's first-choice course is full, this list can also help you recommend alternative options.

3. Bachelor of Science Update

The Bachelor of Science coursehas reached its limit for international students forSemester 1 and Semester 2 of 2025.
Students can still apply for this course in future semesters
or consider other available science courses. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.


4. Graduate Application Related Information - 2025 Mid-Year Master of Engineering Programs Admission Update

The following2025 mid-year admissionMaster of Engineering programs have received a large number of applications, and admission spots are now limited:

  • Master of Engineering Management
  • Master of Electrical Engineering
  • Master of Mechanical Engineering

Admission offers for the above courses willcontinue to be issued on a rolling basis, prioritizing applicants with outstanding academic achievements.

After the application deadline on March 31, 2025, all applicants who have not received an offer will enter theranking evaluation process.

All applicants on the waiting list will be notified of the final admission result bythe end of May 2025.

Please review the list of courses when advising applicants. You can check whether a course is still accepting applications or acceptances and tuition fee deposits for start-year and mid-year 2025 intakes. This will help you advise applicants of alternative options where their first preference course is full.

The Bachelor of Science has reached its limit for new international students in the 2025 Semester 1 and Semester 2 intakes. Mid-Year 2025 Engineering Programs

Thank you for your ongoing support of graduate programs at the University of Melbourne. We advise you of an important update to the following programs for mid-year 2025.


  • Master of Engineering Management
  • Master of Electrical Engineering
  • Master of Mechanical Engineering

We have received a high volume of applications for these programs for 2025, and places are now limited for mid-year entry. High-achieving students will still be made offers on a rolling basis. After 31 March, when applications close, all other applicants will be placed on hold for ranking and assessment.

All applicants on hold will be notified of the outcome by or before the end of May 2025.


One U Education is not a Registered Training Organisation, each course listed on  website or marketing material will include course codes and details of the Registered Training Organisation delivering the course.
