1. Latest reporting time and courses that cannot be reported late

All students should ensure they arrive in Australia early and have sufficient time tothe first weekofficially start their studies. We strongly recommend that students arrive as early as possible to adapt to their accommodation environment and participate in Orientation Week.

Some students may encountervisa delays beyond their control. For international students affected by visa delays,the latest they can start their studies is Friday, March 7, 2025, provided they have completed their course registration,and arrive on campus and are ready to attend classesbefore this date.Anystudents delaying their enrollmentneed to contact their Faculty on their own to ensure the correct course selection. The Faculty name can be found on the offer letter. Please note,late arrivalcannot apply for assignment extensions. Once registration is completed, students are responsible foractively contacting the Course Coordinatorand catching up on missed study content.

If international students plan to start their courses after March 7, 2025, they must do so via email

International students in the following courses are not allowed to arrive late and must arrive on campus before the course start date:

For the above courses, if students cannot arrive on time and start their studies, they can apply for a deferral.

2.International student airport welcome and pickup service

The welcome team willfrom February 2 to February 23, 2025dailyfrom 7:00 AM to 8:00 PMat the **International Terminal** to welcome new international students.

Additionally, we offerfree airport pickup service, applicable toboth International and Domestic Terminals, with pickup service available24 hours a day from Sunday, February 2, 2025 to Sunday, February 23, 2025.

Students need tosubmit a pickup request at least 24 hours in advanceto ensure the pickup service is arranged smoothly.

2Pre-departure briefing

All new or continuing students heading to Australia are invited to attendthe International Student Pre-departure Briefing.

This briefing will coveraccommodation and airport reception arrangements, financial planning, health insuranceand other important information. At the same time, students will also receiveluggage packing advice, things to note upon arrival in Australiaandan overview of the university campusand other practical guides.
