Check All Entry Requirements
Academic entry requirements and application deadlines vary by course. Pleaserefer to the 'Entry Requirements and Pathways' section on the course page,to understand the specific requirements for the degree.
La Trobe also has minimum language requirements for undergraduate, postgraduate, and research studies:
🎓Undergraduate:IELTS (Academic) overall score of 6.0 with no band less than 6.0, or equivalent scores in other recognized tests.
🎓Postgraduate:IELTS (Academic) overall score of 6.5 with no band less than 6.0, or equivalent scores in other recognized tests.
However, some courses may require higher English language proficiency, such as certain health-related courses—specific score requirements will be listed in the 'Entry Requirements' section of each course page. For more information, please refer to our language requirements page.

📂 Start collecting proof of previous studies and proof of English proficiency.
Submit Academic and Identity Documents
When submitting your application to La Trobe, you need to provide images (JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIF) or documents (DOC, DOCX, TXT, PDF unencrypted) of the following files, each not exceeding 20MB:
✅ Passport Copy
✅Current Visa (if applicable)
✅Academic qualifications, including completion certificates and transcripts (with English translation if necessary)
✅Your English language proficiency proof
✅Any other information required by the course (please refer to the course page for a list of supplementary forms required for each course)
✅If you are applying for credit recognition, you also need to provide a course outline of the subjects you have completed. The outline may include study topics, assessment methods, teaching materials, weekly teaching hours, and credits.

🆗Ensure each file is clearly labeled with its content, such as transcript, passport, etc.
🆗Remember that all submitted document copies must be certified. Our international admissions team will require you to provide certified academic documents before accepting the offer letter. If you submit translated documents, you must also provide certified copies of the original documents along with certified translations.

After meeting all entry requirements for your chosen degree and collecting all necessary documents,you can submit your application directly, or through an authorized agent.
