Community Chinese Teacher Training is about to start!
La Trobe University Confucius Institute has prepared systematic training for you to start teaching Chinese from scratch!
This training is suitable for students who have no experience or teaching foundation but want to use their Chinese language advantage to teach Chinese to locals.
The training adopts the form of lectures, seminars, classroom observations, and exchange meetings to provide the most practical content and teaching methods that can be directly applied to future teaching.
The training lasts for 3 days: September 24, September 30, and October 1, held at La Trobe University's Melbourne main campus and downtown campus.
Part of the course is taught in both Chinese and English.
This course is a non-diploma course, and upon completion, you cannot teach Chinese in primary, secondary, or university schools. However, through training, you can understand Australian classrooms, teaching methods, classroom management, innovative teaching, enhance confidence, and prepare for future classroom entry.
