October is Mental Health Month! The University of Adelaide has carefully prepared a series offree activitieswith the theme 'Building Strength for Mental Health', helping you enhance psychological resilience and easily cope with challenges in life and study.



Activities includemeditation and relaxation workshops;knowledge lecturesled by mental health consultants; mental health art exhibitions and otherinterestingactivities, allowing you to share feelings with classmates and build a support network. RUOK? Day is a nationalmental health care dayin Australia, aimed at encouraging people to actively care for others and engage in meaningful mental health conversations💬. Every second Thursday of September, across Australia, people convey care🤗 and energy💪 through a simple 'Are you OK?' greeting.
