The Northern Territory Education Promotion Agency (Study NT) is a promotional organization advocating the Northern Territory as an ideal study destination.
As a Study NT student ambassador, you will gain: personal and professional development; connections with other students, regional employers, and international delegations; valuable work and volunteer experience; invitations to community and networking events; activities that enrich your current studies, offering opportunities beyond the classroom.

What is the Student Ambassador Program?
This is a one-year program starting in March 2025. The program includes 5 days of personal professional development activities, and you will also have the opportunity to:
Participate in rich social events with local and international business people and delegations
Present your experiences as an international student
Attend national events and conferences
Engage in community activities, including the Harmony Soiree
Meet political leaders, entrepreneurs, and scholars

Applications open: October 14, 2024
Application deadline:November 11, 2024
Interview period: November 25 to 28, 2024, in Darwin city center; students in the Alice Springs area will be interviewed via video
Notification of successful selection:December 13, 2024
First personal professional development activity: February 6, 2025

Who can apply?
To be eligible to apply as a 2024 Study NT student ambassador, you must:
Hold an international student visa (category 500) or hold a higher education scholarship from the Department of Industry, Tourism and Trade and be studying at Charles Darwin University
Be at least 16 years old by January 1, 2025
If you are graduating in December 2025, or participating in a 6-month course/program
Reside in the Northern Territory and be studying at an international education and training institution registered in the Northern Territory
