Focusing on Nursing Again, a High-Paying Career in Australia!
UOW College Australia

Traditionally, our understanding of nursing would associate it with nurses, who give injections and deliver medicine to patients in hospitals. However, in Australia, nursing is a highly professional industry with quite high entry barriers, and it is one of the long-term shortage professions.
Moreover, Australia has clear distinctions in nursing categories, typically divided into two types, one called Registered Nurse (Registered Nurse), abbreviated asRN, and the other called Enrolled Nurse(Enrolled Nurse), abbreviated asEN. The main distinctions between the two are as follows:
Registered Nurse (RN): Has a bachelor's degree or higher in nursing, equivalent to half a doctor, with prescription rights. Generally, one nurse is responsible for 5-6 patients.
Enrolled Nurse(EN): Does not have a university bachelor's degree, mainly works in nursing homes.
Registered Nurses RN are considered professionals in Australia, and their income is quite considerable. According to statistics from au.talent.com, the median annual salary for Registered Nurses is AUD 83,000. The average annual salary for those just starting out is also AUD 78,000, and experienced Registered Nurses can earn over AUD 100,000 per year
In the public healthcare sector, the salary for nursing professionals is even higher, with an average annual salary of over AUD 100,000
