Monash University will no longer approve conditional COEs for Postgraduate (Master's and GCGD) students starting from 2025.

This afternoon, many people were asking about the issue of conditional COE at Monash University, and it has been replied that some conditional COE applications have already been rejected.

Affected by the 2025 New Overseas Student Commencement (NOSC), Monash University will no longer approve conditional COE applications for postgraduate (master's and GCGD) students in 2025 (except for Monash students and government-sponsored students).

This policy currently only applies to PG course applications for the first semester of 2025 (except for Monash students, government-sponsored students, and Articulation, TNE students).

For the second semester of 2025, it has not been determined yet, and updates will be released in a timely manner if there are any.
