Important Notice from the University of New South Wales (Regarding the Cancellation and Admission of New South Wales in 2025!!) Important Update for UNSW Sydney Unaccepted Offers

- Students holding unconditional offers at this moment today (November 1, 2024, 1:00 AM, UNSW, when sent, it's already past the time, meaningless) who do not accept the offer before 1:00 AM Australian time, today's unconditional offers will be revoked!!!

- Starting from November (previously mentioned November 4), UNSW Sydney will introduce offer rounds, issuing offers for courses that still have spots for 2025.
- Applicants whose unconditional offers are revoked today will have the opportunity to be transferred to the offer waitlist, and must indicate their intention to join the offer waitlist by 5:00 PM AEDT on Friday, November 8, 2024. Those who do not receive the intention email need to fill out the form themselves (below)!
- Conditional offer holders (including those who need to meet English or academic requirements) will only be considered for reissuing offers after meeting all requirements!!!
- Students who have not received any offers, wait for UNSW Sydney to introduce offer rounds to issue offers! If there are spots, offers will be issued!!!

According to information provided by the Australian Government, UNSW Sydney's 2025New Overseas Student Commencements (NOSC) are close to reaching their indicative cap, this is the impact of the proposed enrolment limits in the Education Services for Overseas Students Amendment (Quality and Integrity) Bill 2024.
Due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the government's implementation of this proposed legislation, UNSW Sydney has had to make the difficult decision to revoke all unaccepted offers for 2025 NOSC category applicants.
Please note,any offers not accepted by 1:00 PM AEDT on Friday, November 1, 2024, will be revoked from that time and can no longer be accepted.
Please note, this revocation decision does not affect the following future international students:
- Students who have accepted UNSW Sydney offers before 1:00 PM AEDT on Friday, November 1, 2024
- Applicants for AGSM programs, UNSW Online programs, and the 3805 Bachelor of Medical Studies/Doctor of Medicine program
- UNSW College students
- International students deemed exempt from enrolment limits (certain categories of overseas students are proposed to be exempt from enrolment limits, such as postgraduate research students, students funded by the Australian Government or foreign government scholarships, and students from certain Pacific Islands and Timor-Leste)
- Current UNSW Sydney students continuing their studies in another UNSW Sydney degree

From November, UNSW Sydney will introduce offer rounds, issuing offers for programs that still have spots for 2025. These rounds of offers will be made to applicants who have joined our offer waitlist.
Applicants whose offers have been revoked will have the opportunity to be transferred to our offer waitlist and will soon receive details on how to join.
Offer holders affected by today's announcement must indicate their preference to join the offer waitlist by 5:00 PM AEDT on Friday, November 8, 2024.
Conditional offer holders wishing to join the waitlist (including those who need to meet English or academic requirements) will only be considered for reissuing offers after meeting all requirements.
