Good afternoon.

Please see the important update on the plan for late commencement for Semester 2 2024.

Our Admissions Team is actively tracking the number of students who have received a COE but not a visa. They will be contacting students who still haven’t received a visa next week with the following information.

Deferral will also be an option for students who can’t arrive by the dates listed below.

Plans for late commencement

ANU College of ScienceChemistry must arrive by Fri Week 1 (26th July 2024). All others must arrive by Mon Week 3 (5th August 2024).
ANU College of Asia and the PacificAll must arrive by Mon Week 3 (5th August 2024).
ANU College of Arts and Social SciencesAll must arrive by Mon Week 3 (5th August 2024).
ANU College of Engineering, Computing & CyberneticsAll must arrive by Mon Week 3 (5th August 2024).
ANU College of LawLLB and JD must arrive by Mon Week 3 (5th August 2024). CLAW, MLLM, and MFMIL can consider a later start if required (can commence online).
ANU College of Business and EconomicsAll must arrive by Fri Week 5 (23rd August 2024).
ANU College of Health & MedicineTBC
