Recently, three professors from La Trobe University's Business School and the School of Computer Engineering and Mathematical Sciences visited China, engaging in in-depth exchanges with more than 10 universities, sharing our cooperation philosophy and vision.
After the COVID-19 pandemic, opportunities for international visits have become even rarer, making us cherish this precious opportunity to communicate face-to-face with our partners even more. Here, let's review this wonderful journey together.
These three professors are Dr. Geraldine Kennett, Deputy Dean of the Business School, Professor Naveen Chilamkurti, Deputy Dean of the School of Computer Engineering and Mathematical Sciences, and Professor Hossam Aboel Naga, Head of the Engineering Department.
They not only engaged in deep academic cooperation discussions with experts and scholars in related fields from partner universities but also delivered exciting master classes to students, showcasing La Trobe University's cutting-edge research achievements, unique course designs, and rich internship programs. Students showed great interest in our work-integrated learning course designs and industry-closely integrated internship opportunities, and were amazed by the high regard our graduates receive from employers.

Our itinerary in China was very colorful,not only engaging in exciting academic exchanges with outstanding students from various universities but also having lunch with faculty and staff to discuss future cooperation opportunities in depth.At the same time, we held relevant meetings and dinners with local educational institutions to explore the prospects of cooperation and outline the blueprint for future development.
