The 2024 QS World University Rankings have seen another rise, with the Australian National University continuing to rank among the global elite, topping Australia in the Top 20!

On April 10, the international higher education research institution Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) announced the latest 2024 QS World University Rankings by Subject, with the Australian National University (ANU)has a total of 33 disciplines ranked in the top 100 in the world, compared to 2023,a total of 11 disciplines have improved, with 12 disciplines ranked in the top 20 in the world.
This ranking conducted an independent comparative analysis of over 16,400 individual university courses, from over 1,500 universities in 95 countries and regions worldwide, spanning five major academic fields, including Arts and Humanities, Engineering and Technology, Life Sciences and Medicine, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences and Management, covering a total of 55 specialized disciplines.
